      my husband says he really likes this bank/CU. I initially did not want my account there because it's such a hassle to have to leave everything behind just to go through their intense security inside the Federal Bldg. (we live downtown hence the location would be convenient aside from this). I am banking at Frost-great location-but am not happy there so I have been attempting to open an account with FWCCU. They took my deposit online but now I'm locked out and can't get anyone to help. Not a good start at all.

      Stay away from this place. Opening an account with them was one of the worst mistakes I’ve made. I’m not sure if it’s incompetence or they just have horrible business practices.
