      I appreciate Desiree and Carin sooooo much. Desiree provided with me with a worksheet breaking down every possible fee and always kept me updated. She was able to get me a conventional loan so I can can get the house in the area I was looking for. Carin contacted me about the settlement process and pushed my settlement date a week earlier.
