      Since the virus some things have changed. I have been a member for 50 plus years going back to the RCA days. Staff friendly and will "dish it out" as well as take constructive criticism. Love branch manager Lisa as a consultant and friend. Angie,Rita and Natalie are very good at the job and all ways take a moment to wave or chat. Excellent rates on loans.

      Was a very easy credit union to go to until I asked them to waive an overdraft fee because I needed the $30 with money being tight due to the pandemic. I got hung up on three times before the teller waived the fee and closed my account. Zero sympathy for being with the company for years. Unbelievable.
