  I found John after a google search for Royal Oak mortgage loan officers. He picked up the phone right away and we clicked instantly. From minute one I could tell John goes 110% at full speed to get the deal done. There’s is no big impersonal team it’s all him. He answers every email, every phone call, and went above and beyond for personalized preapproval letters for every house we looked at. He also was adamant about saving us money and getting us the best loan for our situation. He delivered on that promise, and we closed saving tens of thousands. And when things came during underwriting he always had a way to get us over the hurdle. We closed yesterday on a beautiful house and I will use him in the future and recommend him to everyone I know. Ask him about his cool car!

  I contacted John for a refinance. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. We tried running my quote a few different ways to make it work, but ultimately my personal debt-to-income ratio was too high. I will definitely be back in a few months when my situation improves!
