      This finance company is horrible! They hide behind contracts, then say they are ethical. You only find out they have put a UCC Lien against your home when you attempt to refinance. Then, they refuse to remove the lien unlike most institutions, siting it’s hiding debt, when their real reason is to force a payoff! It took 9 months to get my kitchen redone. Do you hear me? 9 months!!!! The dealer was horrible too, but they got bought out or I’d mention them too! My back splash was never offered as part of the package. My counter tops have chipped, & this finance company was only out for money! While I like the look of my kitchen - it wasn’t worth $40k! How do they finance dealers that don’t do good work? How do they put liens on your home without explicitly telling you, but allowing dealers to tell you it’s an unsecured loan, only to find out there’s a UCC Filing against your home! I certainly DO NOT recommend them & I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with their “ethics” any longer!

      Foundation Finance is a third party finance company that takes assignment of contracts between customers and contractors. We are not party to the actual project/work done, though we certainly work to assist customers with any issues. Our records indicate that you confirmed project completion and your satisfaction, so we were unaware of any issues with the work. Our contract does allow for security interest in the goods purchased, but we do believe the UCC situation has now been resolved. We are happy to speak with you further regarding any concerns.
