  Have been getting my oil changes done there for 3 years now, and I have to say today was one of the best experiences I've had!!! Thank you Daffney so much and also the young lady that did my oil change (didn't get her name I feel bad) But I'm very happy and pleased with your service!!!!

  I had a horrible experience with this dealer. The two main problems were that they would not allow me to use my own financing to purchase a vehicle and they ran an inquiry on my credit report without my authorization. Both of those actions are highly unethical and not a business I would ever want to work with. Of course they offered to give us a loan with the same credit union that we already had a loan with "at a slightly higher interest rate". Even prior to that interaction they had been very uninterested in helping me with my new vehicle order. I only received updates when I called them. When we walked into their dealership nobody greeted us, which is super unusual for this type of business. The overall vibe was that they didn't care about my business. I asked to talk to the General Manager and he never called me. We contacted their managing partner and he just blamed the credit union for the problem and half-heartedly offered to "try" to make the deal work. Too many red flags so we decided to walk away from the deal. I also filed a complaint with the attorney general. All of this after waiting six months for a custom-built car I ordered directly on the Kia website with zero proactive communication.
