      I went to this branch to enquire about becoming a member so I could look into getting a car loan. I had been told they had excellent rates, which I can now say is very true. I was also pleasantly surprised at what exceptional customer service I received, which is not always easy to come by these days. Lantz was extremely helpful in explaining everything in detail and really taking the time to help me get set up with everything. My first experience was a great one largely in part to him. I hope this branch values him and all of the employees who understand how important customer service can be to their patrons. I highly recommend this location and will strongly consider using them for my other banking needs.
