  Founders has always meet my needs. They address you by name and make you feel like your at home with family. The staff is very caring and helps you any way they can. Highly recommended.

  Customer service has really went downhill with these businesses! I m a member and went in to get a money order for my adult daughter and she needed a document notarized but the teller said that she couldn’t notarized the document because my daughter was not a member! Why couldn’t my daughter pay a fee and have the document notarized by Founders? What does being a member have to do with notarizing a document!? My daughter had her driver’s license and a second form of ID. How about you just do decent customer service!? All of the information will still be verified and my daughter would have signed the document in front of the teller! Places like this needs to fail and go out of business! Very dumb policy!!!

  I’m not sure why but it seems like there’s always something that Founders wants to verify with my account.. and if that password expires or something without any notice telling me to change it I can’t do that until the next business day especially when I’m having important things to get done over the weekend. So I currently can’t even access my account at all. I think there should be another customer service helpline over the weekends to mitigate problems such as this.
