      I went to Founders Federal Credit Union after High Mcall from Bank of America started illegally charging and overcharged customes, now I find that Founders Federal Credit Union is practicing same rules as every other bank in America. What has happened to the Federal Credit Unios in this country??. Everyone is trying to rip off the consumer. I'll start keep my money in my mattress and forget banks!!!

      Customer service has declined over the years! To make your members feel like a burden is unacceptable. Was transferred to another department without a word, just a transfer. I was confused as to what happened, then the person I was transferred to was extremely rude when I explained what happened and I was confused as well. Do better with CS!
