      On another level. Make them your lender. I've purchased a few homes in the past and can tell you Josh is a genuine person who knows his stuff on mortgages and the Gulf Shores area. Although I was not able to obtain financing for the condo (condotel), Josh offered sound advice on what to factors would come to play. He was spot on.
