  Friendliest staff of any bank I've been to. They're very helpful and efficient. They go out of their way to resolve any questions and find the answer. This particular branch has great people working there.

  When did the hours change to 4? This is not right for us working people who have jobs

  Hi Sam. Thank you for your comment. We have made some adjustments to our hours; however our drive-up facilities remain open after 4:00 p.m. each weekday and we have extended lobby hours on Fridays.   Please save your time and money go elsewhere!!! Poor staff and management especially Sharon. A customer who reported fraud for thousands of dollars in different states went into the branch location to be treated poorly and was told they had to pay all of the money back that was scammed from the account before they can close their account .The bank is refusing to report the fraudulent payments. I have never ever heard of a bank making money off of customers who were scammed. So sad to see and highly recommend customers to bank elsewhere!!
