      Have had 2 accounts with Fort...one paid out..pumping chest went to dealer....3.99, 72 months...sweet...told salesman, no problem...have charge card balances large....told by DONNA....reassured me....within range....left salesman with okay....waiting for finances.....this was Friday....DONNA, Fort Wayne....left short massage on answering machine on Monday....3 days.....can't finance....sorry....POOR customer appreciation......you aren't a name you are a number....use the dealer financing, there at least you know where you stand
