      Stay as far away as you can, at least if you are looking for service. I have a 2013 ford fusion that the power steering went out on. I took it to my regular mechanic and he basically said that he was about 90 percent sure that the steering rack would need replaced, he could replace the part, but afterwards you have to program it and he could not do that. I try to support smaller businesses and figured it would be cheaper here than a ford dealership. I called these guys and told them my issue and specifically asked them if they could program it, Jim told me that yes, no problem..they could handle it. So, I canceled my appointment at a Ford dealership and waited another week to get my vehicle in here. I then towed it there as it was not drivable..only for Jim to call me a couple days later and tell me that yes, that is what the vehicle needs. He can install it but..he can't program it. So, between towing and his diagnostic fee it cost me over $250 for nothing since he couldn't program it. So I had to end up taking it to a ford dealership (another $70 + gas) for them to fix it. It's fixed now- at less than 1/3 the cost these idiots wanted to do it and with no help from them. I will never be back and you better believe I won't recommend them to anybody. On top of that..they also went snooping through my stuff while the car was there (I know this 100% sure as they had my stuff all out over the seat and the pink slip and other documents from when I purchased the car 7 years ago at a different dealership). Tried to claim it was so they could find my address..well, my correct address is on the insurance/registration if you needed it so badly or better yet, you could have just asked me.
