  I’m really not happy. As a first time home buyer the “team” that should be working on my loan should be more responsive in explaining to me every document I’m signing and the decisions I’m making. I am basically having to figure this all out on my own. The response I do get is at the end of the day, so I’m only allowed maybe a 5 min response time if I even get that. I ask questions that merit explanation and I get a simple response “we are working on it”. I’ve never had to beg for customer service until now and it’s heart breaking. My commitment let is past due. Why? I don’t know. I’ve provided every document and signed every paper the same day it was asked of me. I did everything I was supposed to do. My reward has been nothing but bad news….”I’m sorry we didn’t know.” Again, I’ve been available and ready and upfront from day one. Now I can’t get my grants. I paid for the Sonyma course and did everything asked of me…just to be told my grants are not available to me. Ok fine. Now what!? Can I at least close on time?? I’ve already provided everything. What did I do to deserve this??? I’m doing this for my children. Why is no one ever available until? What did I get myself into? How can I get someone to explain things to me concerning a 30 year commitment???

  Great experience! Steve was amazing and walked us through everything. Kept us updated, went over things multiple times to make sure we understood and were comfortable with the process! Such a night and day experience from our previous mortgage company. Thank you Steve and your team!
