  Frank helped us secure a loan through MassHousing, and was extremely helpful to our process of buying our first home. He initially helped us decide what type of mortgage to get by comparing the costs and options, and then worked with MassHousing to get us the right mortgage for our situation. Applying for a mortgage can be stressful, but Frank was always just a phone call away to answer our questions and help us through. He had amazing availability and really showed up for us from start to finish. I would (and have) recommended Frank to anyone I know trying to buy a home in the area. Frank and NewFed are good people to have in your corner!

  Really helpful threw my first time home buyer process. Was very influential in getting me involved in the city of lawrence Fist Responders down payment assistance program.
