I'm giving a one star for the calling system. Gives you zero help. I've been trying to get ahold of somebody for over an hour now, and nowhere in the selection over the phone gives you an option to talk to somebody. And when you don't know a specific piece of information it just hangs up on you. The professional thing to do would be to transfer you to a live agent, so they can further assist you with your issue. I'm getting tired of this. I don't feel like it should be this hard to get a hold of somebody. And I don't feel like I should be hung up on when I can't figure it out.

I'm so sick of this credit union. I have banked with chase for years and never had issues like I do here. Fix your app...so many over drafts because the account lags at showing ur point of sales transactions for days. Took almost 5 days for my credit card payment to post but my card had the money on it in 2. It's a scam for them to get overdraft charges. Hunnington and Chase have grace for overdrafts while this place sets u up to overdraft. Took our vehicle payment after we had just paid it and caused so many things to overdraft. We will be finding a new bank and closing all accounts and loans with this poor excuse of a place. What a joke. Steal from poor people to make yourselves richer. Good ole capitalism 😉
