Been using Frankemuth Credit Union as a shared branch to our permanent credit union for a few years now. Always really liked them. Just recently became a member of Frankenmuth Credit Union on a permanent basis, however. Went into the new Midland branch to do so and always, they did not disappoint. Fast, courteous, confidential, and personable. Everything you could want in a banking institution.

This evening I stopped by for drive through services. I arrived about fifteen minutes to close and waited in line behind one other vehicle. Unfortunately the other customers transaction took so long that by the time I pulled up to the screen, it was one minute past close. I figured they might help me since I was in line waiting my turn before close. The teller on the other end simply said they were closed and referred me to the ATM. Seriously?! If I had been waiting in line in the lobby would they have shown me the door? It is frustrating to wait for so long just to be told that you cannot he helped when it’s finally your turn because they “are now closed”. Just flat out rude.
