My fiancé and I recently opened up a joint account at Frankenmuth Credit Union about a month ago. When we went to activate our cards his debit card would not work, after contacting Nick, he was able to take care of the problem. Nick was helpful and was prompt on getting back with me as well as had positive communication skills. When opening my account I had a positive experience and we are happy to be switching to this credit union & hope that if there are future problems that arise, staff will take care of us with a smile. A relative of mine had a fraudulent charge show up in their checking account. Its been a week and they are still “investigating” it. His account is negative, currently frozen and debit card is useless. He was told they are behind and nothing they can do to speed up the process. This is ridiculous.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I had made an arrangement with them on a loan and just because I needed to cash my check from work they refused until I paid 2 and a half times more than the agreed amount to pay. I will never be working with them again. Period. I have had nothing but issues with them.
