      Stay as far away from this company as you can. I have never had such poor customer service from any company, let along one that holds my mortgage. They are non responsive and don't be fooled by their promise to respond to your messages within 48 hours. Weeks and month and nothing. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and that got me a letter from them immediately, but they still have not contacted me to resolve my issue that I have been trying to get resolved since February.
