      First time homebuyers and wow! I don’t think they could have made this process any easier. So thankful for everyone on the team for the terrific work and help along the way. Always available to answer questions and work through the steps with us. We are so thankful for them.

      I worked with them for a few months trying to get a home loan. They took forever to get back to me and were impossible to get a hold of. I missed out on many good houses. In the end they offered me less than 50K. Then just stopped replying to me when I said that was ridiculous. What? I took my business to Bank of Little Rock and quickly got into a gorgeous 3br/2ba home for a few times more than what Franklin offered.
