  My wife and I, recently closed on our first official house together. Our loan was moved very quickly by JP Wigfall and his staff. In about 3 weeks his staff had our loan ready for closing. Throughout the process my wife and I were very nervous about the loan, we had been turned down in the past due to my credit, and I was still trying to fix my credit when we got preapproved. JP went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable with the loan process, including allowing us to call him almost daily with questions and concerns. On the days we didnt call him, he usually called us, just to give us updates, make sure we were ok and to reasure us the loan looked good still. Even now, after the close he is still keeping in touch to make sure everything is good. I cant tell you how much him taking the time to work with us and making the effort to show us that he not only cared about getting our buisness, but that we were ok too, meant to us. Any bank can give you a loan if they want to. JP went above that, he did what he could to get us the loan so we could get our beautiful home and also showed great care and customer support, something that is rare to find these days. I will definitely keep JP and Franklin First Financial in mind for ALL my future lending needs. Unbelievably good people.

  These folks did everything in their power to make this process difficult, worrisome & expensive. Every opportunity they had to explain things, they preferred silence. Every time there was a snag, rather than warning me that their might be problems, they preferred to say "Any minute. Everything is great." I don't believe that they are crooks, but I do believe that they are inept and sloppy. Every time there was any sort of problem or issue, the silence from these clowns was deafening. You should seek a mortgage elsewhere.
