James and his team are so awesome! I thought Iwould be never be able to get approved for a loan for a house. The process was so smooth and easy. I used my VA loan and they made sure I got into the house I wanted . Would definitely come back and refer anyone.

Loan process was fine. Then they sold it to fifth third bank. I an not happy with them. Forever hold when try to call. They do lots of sharing and must call to opt out. No online opt out. And if u want overpayments to automatically go to principal, they force u to use their auto pay. If u send in an overpayment it goes to unallocated until u contact them. U could have $ in never never land for years. I regret using franklin.
