I absolutely LOVE banking here. The staff is always quick, attentive and passionate. They help you with whatever needs you have. They practice Covid safety as well. Andreas is the man I go to as he always has every answer I need. Would recommend banking here 100%.

I'm speaking of customer service over the phone. I know the calls are answered by people who work here. I have never been treated so rudely, ever. The first person I spoke to was very kind but when I asked her why they were taking money out of my account to deposit to another account, she couldn't tell me and gave me her supervisor. She was rude as ever. I said that I needed my money. I needed gas and my money wasn't there. She stated that it couldn't be put back. She also stated that I needed to pay down my negative balance, which I was, but as I got the money. They decided that they would do it because i was taking too long. I get deposits every day and If I don't have gas, I can't make money. I told her that I was doing the best I could and that I needed my money for food for my children as well and she just snubbed me. I told her that I would put a bad review on Google and she shut my debit card down and I can no longer make deposits into my main checking account. So I was forced to bank elsewhere. That's not the only problem I ever had with them, but it's the biggest. I just started a new job and can't use them foe my direct deposits and all of my bills are linked to that account. I just have to start over after bring a member for 20+ years. Oh well! I guess that's just how the cookie crumbles.....
