  I highly recommend Franklin Mortgage Solutions! Dawn and Ed were wonderful to work with, and communicated throughout the whole process. It helped reduce the stress and streamlined the process. Our loan wasn't the easiest to get approved because both my husband and are are self employed and I can't thank them enough for getting it done! We will definitely be forever customers!

  I highly recommend Orlando!! Orlando was available after hours or anytime I needed him to answer any questions or help a veteran like me through the process. Orlando managed to get me a 2.75 interest rate, $500 cash out, and a $150 Visa gift card out of his pocket by the way to make me happy!! I admit there was a small hiccup, but Orlando was so selfless and considerate and kind that he lost some money on this deal just to make me and my wife happy!! Orlando offered these perks and negotiated with the bank to fix the issue with the paperwork at closing. Orlando is very selfless, considerate, and his Integrity is second to none!! Orlando not only took care of the issue but VA loans don't make much money ,but he cared more about making the client happy. I will be returning to this company and with him!! I also want to point out that Stacy and Orlando showed great leadership working together to solve the closing issue. Stacey even offered to come to my wife's place of business to take care of the problem!! I like the fact that Stacy and Orlando coincide and work well together that's how companies should operate well done guys!! I thank you for respecting the military and working with our veterans Orlando!! Orlando is a great loan officer and should be well respected and valued.I hope they appreciate him. I can always see through bs and poor service and Orlando is a great man you saved me a lot of money and didn't make much on this deal ,but I'll tell you what brother you will be blessed tremendously this company is lucky to have you!! I'm giving Orlando five stars this loan officer cared more about his Integrity and service to our vets than this Commission!! I would just like to tell the owner you ought to be thankful and blessed to have somebody like that on your team!! I'm going to point out I believe the owner is a good person. I mean this owner hires people that are great like Orlando he's got to be a great guy .I wish more companies were like this!! I would just like to tell the owner I would like to speak to you personally and tell you more about the experience I had that was wonderful at the end blessings!!

  They sent a very misleading letter out advising "URGENT NOTICE PLEASE ACT IMMEDIALTEY" .....and to call for important information regarding you home loan. The envelope return address states PENALTY FOR TAMPERING *** CONFIDENTIAL***** IT ALSO STATES *****VERY IMPORTANT*** REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ACTION When I called to advise that the letter could be misunderstood, especially for older folks who may panic thinking there is a problem. I was told by the very "cocky" person who answered the phone and also signed the letter, that they have their letters reviewed and audited several times a year and have been told there is not a problem and he really didnt care what it looked like. Any company that has to resort to misleading correspondence as well "games" to get business might not be the kind of Mortgage company that you can trust to be professional and secure with your mortgage and personal information.
