      We closed on our “forever” “retirement” home, a lake house. Wow 🤩 It literally just fell in our laps. This was totally meant to be. Everything happened so quickly. Our realtor called & said I got a lake home with all your requirements. Long story short. Offer accepted & our home loan process was in motion. Closed in 21 days.       Noel came through with two refi's with flying colors. Not every escrow goes smoothly, underwriting can be a real pain... Asking for information multiple times, loosing information, etc. All of this well beyond the control of the loan broker. BUT... I was pleased when my rate lock was extended because of underwriting delays at no expense to us. I have recommended Frazier Mortgage to my friends.
