  Working with Fred is like working with family. My wife and I have undergone two home purchases and a refinance having Fred’s help along the way. Fred is very professional and attentive to our needs through the process and is always available no matter how early or late. Fred is very knowledgeable and eloquent enough to explain the entire process in any terms so the buyer can understand what they are agreeing to and signing. Fred makes the entire process of buying a house as easy as possible on his part knowing that the buyer has enough to deal with with everything else.   NEW REVIEW! Fred just helped us with another refi, he did it in record time! He really goes all out to help his clients, no hidden agenda, no surprises and he seriously goes above and beyond! He just got us a fantastic loan for 20 years and a super low interest rate, we are saving time and especially a good amount of money! Thank you Fred!! Fred has helped me not once, but twice! First time I urgently needed to get a home loan approved fast! I got everything approved in 3 weeks! I signed on my home in 5! Second time, I needed to refi to lowered my interest rate, since I didn’t have a full 20% down payment the first time I got a higher interest, well he made it possible, super easy, fast and stress free!
