  If I could put 0 stars I would! I called up there and the guy that answered asked me to hold and he just laid the phone down and then I heard him talking and cussing up a storm in the background. I sat on the phone for over 12 minutes (hearing a lady that works there helping customers) and I kept saying hello, hoping they would hear me and pick the phone back up. Finally, I guess I said it loud enough because I heard the lady stop talking and come over and pick up the phone and I said hello twice and then she just hung up. I called back immediately and asked about a loan and she said she couldn’t help me and then hung up. I’m not upset that they couldn’t help me, but if you put someone on hold, try not to forget about them and PLEASE remember to hit the hold button, so I don’t have to hear everyone’s conversations. Also, if you hear someone on the phone and you know that they have been hold for over 12 minutes, please don’t just hang up on them. I didn’t even want to ask about doing business with them after that, but I also didn’t want to have wasted over 12 minutes of my time on hold for nothing. So unprofessional.
