  Refinanced through Freedmont last year and couldn’t be happier. They were easy to work with, patient, and receptive to my concerns. They were instrumental in getting me a rate that was almost half what I had been paying. The process took a little longer than expected but it was no fault of theirs as there was such a huge volume of homeowners taking advantage of the lower rates. Actually, the delays worked in my favor as the rates went down even more during that time and I was able to get a better one.

  As a first time home buyer I was very intimidated, but Freedmont did a fantastic job of walking me through the whole process. Couldn't have been happier with the assistance and reassurance my loan officer (Robin Sabatino) provided. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to secure a mortgage.

  One star is too generous. I was referred to this organization by my banker, who has worked with them before. After contacting the individual who I was referred to, I was immediately passed off to someone else, who couldn’t even read and interpret a standard paystub. I spent 45 mins on the phone with her trying to explain, much to my own bafflement, she still didn’t understand. I contacted her shortly after with information that she requested and an additional question that I had. No response. I checked in a number of days later, both emails went unanswered. I then sent a complaint email, which was condescendingly responded to by saying that the individual who I was set up with has over 25 years experience in lending. Oh, and that right then and there my loan was denied... even though my application hadn’t even been fully processed, interesting... The incompetence, lack of response, and unprofessionalism of this organization is shocking given that they are working with sensitive financial information. Caution, do not do business here.
