      The customer service is great, but apparently you cant pull cash out from inside the bank, you either can pay $1.00 for a check or go outside to use the ATM. I figured I'd pull cash while I was already inside, its december in WV it's cold outside!! And my only option to get cash was to go outside and use the ATM. Didnt realize I couldn't even pull money off of my account inside.
