  WOW - I am impressed. Today I finally got around to finishing the set up of a business account and the customer service I received blew me away. Being from NJ where there are very few small banks, it was absolutely refreshing to be treated like a human, instead of pressing prompts to speak to a customer service center somewhere abroad that i can barely hear over the phone. Instead I called Freedom Bank directly and a person actually answered, there were no prompts!!! They remembered me, and our account! INSANITY! I don’t think the bank i have been with for 15 years in NJ even knows my name unless I provide them with proof of ID and they read it off a screen. The service at Freedom Bank is spectacular, from Chris to Abbie & Madi, all amazing people who go above and beyond. They make me want to leave NJ and move out to Missouri. 5 Stars - Highly Recommend!

  Great bank BUT can't deposit money after hours not even through their ATM. Can't deposit cash.

  Thank you for leaving us a review! You're right, our ATM doesn't currently have the ability to take deposits; however, don't forget you can deposit checks using our Freedom Bank Mobile App 24/7! If you need help using this feature, stop in and we'd be happy to help you get going.

  Ashley helped us with our re-fi. She guided us through the entire process and was quick to answer any and all of our questions. We have banked with Freedom Bank in Willard for 10 years now. We love the entire staff so much that even though we have moved from Willard, we still bank there. A few to shout out to, may or may not still work there, but have made our experiences always pleasant 🙂. Matt K., Taylor R., Taylor, Ashley S., Halle R., Jessica, Tayla B. and many more. Highly recommend establishing your banking business at Freedom Bank of Southern Missouri - Willard!!
