      I agree with Walter and Fj Santana. I have been a member for over 25 years and recently refinanced an auto loan. My loan closed out on 11/23 and 12/1 they offered their 1% cash back promotion and refused to honor my loan as an adjustment. That's the treatment 25 years gets you! One weeks difference and still not willing to honor it. Unbelievable! Just a warning for those thinking about joining. Not too customer friendly.
