      Been working with them for several months now. Really nice group of people and really appreciate working with the same folks every time I need something. Guy has gone out of his way to help me out and saved me several thousand dollars refinancing an auto loan. App and website are everything you’d expect these days. Highly recommend.

      If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This is the only bank that truly gave me a chance to get a loan and build my credit. I made my payments and paid my loan off early. Now I’m approved to buy a house and have amazing credit. Thank you Freedom First Credit Union

      I love freedom first however I have had nothing but issues at the salem location. Every single time that I go to the Salem location I have problems with how long transactions take and They try to place ahold on just about every single transaction I do however if I go to another location I never have problems I'm not sure if it's the management or just lack of caring about their customers but I will never go to the Salem branch again
