      The lady at the Christiansburg Branch who sits at the desk closest to the tellers to the right is extremely rude. I will be moving my money to another bank.

      All phone numbers for all locations are the same one. So all calls have to go through one area. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes just to try and get a payoff on my loan. This is ridiculous. You should be able to call a staffed branch that isn’t backed up. Also finally got through and said system was down for maintenance can’t get any payoffs.

For security purposes, all calls must be routed through the call center instead of directly to our branches. We always strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible, but often following a holiday weekend we experience a much higher volume of calls than normal.
