      Kirk was so helpful and took care of us on our journey on buying a home on our first time. He took good care of us through the whole process and also was there on closing and a lot of lenders don't do that.

      I have the worst experience since last year with Freedom. Every time I have called NOTHING is accomplished. Loan modification issues and nothing us updated since last year.
