Terrible company. Nobody wants to work at this company. Lazy, always avoiding phonecalls and emails etc. Talked to 4 different people and neither of them even knew what day of the week it was. We're definitely going with Rocket Mortgage. Is this company being sold off or going bankrupt or something? I don't understand why they didn't work harder to get our home refinanced. We would call and email all week and finally 2 weeks later, Friday at 5pm she would email us back with a response that didn't even pertain to out earlier emails. I don't get it.

Huge scammers. I suggest looking elsewhere. They only care about making more money in late fees, penalties, dues etc rather than their existing customers. Be prepared for salesman harassments via overwhelming paper mail, emails and phone calls on every line you own.
