I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau concerning this mortgage company! I paid our mortgage on October 26, 2021. I noticed that the funds were still in my account. I looked online to see if the payment is processing, due to I did receive the automated email stating such. I called to see what is going on and they reversed my payment. I was informed after proving my checking account the a couple of numbers were transposed supposedly of course by mehowever, my second mortgage is being take from the same account by Freedom. Now, I went back to submit the payment. I checked my account and it is still there. Went back to the site again to fine they reversed it again. What the hell! I have tried twice to pay you guys and you keep kicking my payment back. Now we are delinquent! I will be reaching out to someone to review your unfair practice. I practically begging you to take the payment. This is horrible especially with the world already being turned upside down. Now added stress in being delinquent when I have tried to pay you. If anyone have a choice to choose please do not choose this place.

Please DO NOT do business with this company!!!!!! We had an appointment to sign for our Refi and they didn’t show up. We called and called and after a few days they said the signing was cancelled and we now have to put down a significant amount of money to close. This is after a month of already giving all paperwork. This is unacceptable!!! We should’ve been told upfront. They are dishonest and very unprofessional! Please don’t let this happen to you.
