Sorry to see all the bad reviews. I had a great experience refinancing. I work 12 hours days and they worked with me after hours and even sent someone to my home to complete the signing closing paperwork. Great for those who work and can't get any free time.

This company has done nothing but give me the run around. Via email and phone. I talked to Cheryl, #13731 today and she was condescending, rude and absolutely no help to me at all. Time to refinance.

Beware. This company will DISCRIMINATE against you! This company has been the worse mortgage company I have ever dealt with. I was asked if I was Hispanic when I first tried to refinance. I answered yes. Was told I needed a 800 credit score in order to qualify, and I was at 785. I tried again after a couple months. This time I answered no, and was told I didn’t qualify because my credit dropped to 760 and I needed a 785. They said they don’t know why I didn’t qualify the previous time. Being that it’s hard to get a loan for a mobile home I tried again. I qualified with my credit score. Now they give you the run around so you have to pay to lock in your rate. They’ll asked for the same documents several weeks in a row and charge $500 to keep your rate. This has happened several times. After 4 months of trying to refinance, I finally just said forget about it.
