      Most us know that reviews are done in large part by individuals who have an axe to grind. However, I do not. I find them to be very helpful and courteous when I call for any reason. For all the 1 stars, I am sure there were things on your end that you could have done to help make the interactions with Freedom Mortgage better. We can all do better.

      My 78 year old mother had some weather damage last year. The insurance company issued her a check to her and Freedom Mortgage. The check was cashed and put on hold till I could get Freedom Mortgage to sign off on it. They won't. I've called their costumer service... nothing. I had the bank manager call and email them... nothing. It's $6500. I don't understand what they are doing. The bank said if I can't get Freedom Mortgage the sign off on the check, it will stay on hold till 2026. My mother will be 83. WORST COSTERMER SERVICE EVER.

      Our company was sold to this joke of a company. So much mail and will bill you for overdue when we are not. Request documents they will charge. Website is always impossible to use and calls are even worse.
