  Can you give zero stars? Don’t trust them, they lie ruin your credit and refuse to fix the issue even when they admit they were wrong. Long story in Cliff Notes version…Applied for a Refi loan in April all was good, late July early August they denied the loan. During this process many hiccups that they admitted were there problem but my loan would be fine no worries. The loan denial came after they ran one of our credits four times in a day and the other four time that week. Admitted it was there fault but said sorry nothing we can do. Also if you try to get a loan here and are denied, check your home insurance, during my process they took over as mortgagee in May, but they never held my mortgage 🤔. Never got anything from anyone of a change we only found out when I had to apply for a claim because of some storms and the agent said Freedom had my mortgage and they would report to them. Took me over an hour to fix on the phone, Freedom has no answers as to why they did this when we had no closing. Stay clear of them unless unfortunately you want to be hosed by company that doesn’t care. Never try and call them either you will be on hold for hours, emails are never responded to. BBB complaints are given cookie cutter responses.

  This company is totally disorganized, but if you stick with them you will be rewarded. I had to make multiple calls correcting errors, and submitted numerous emails. As I often say, "they have more money than brains". Tenaciously sticking with them my eventual prize was a refinance at 2.25% .
