  This mortgage company is terrible. The recruiter named Sophia needs to be fired for lying to potential recruits. They are not trustworthy at all

  Absolute criminals. They take your insurance claim check and make you dance through fire to get it back and when you do everything they say, they still do not give it to you. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks to get my remaining funds from them but they are moaning about a $600.00 contractor bill which I paid out of pocket and they want the contractor to say he was paid. They called the contractor who said he was paid and all is well. I still had to fill out more forms, hand write a letter, and send in receipts and documents only to be told that they are going to take 2-3 business days to put it into the system,...again..and IF, ONLY IF, that is accepted, it will be another 7-10 business days to get the check released. It is $16,000.00 and they are holding it because of a paid $600.00 bill. That money should have been released after the home inspector they sent signed off on the work to rebuild my flooded basement. But they keep coming up with excuses to hold my money. That money was sent to me from my insurance company and is for replacing my man-cave furniture, 3 couches, end tables, carpets, rugs, tables, bar stools, tv's and game consoles with surround sound equipment. It is not their house money for their asset. It is for my personal property. The basement is done, signed off by their people, and still they hold the money. I am selling my house to get out from under this company. Stay away from these people...avoid them at all costs. Their people are not trained over the phone and do not care about you at all.
