I have been a member for over 30 years, name changes and all, Tek-Ni-Kal, Central Macomb and now FreeStar Financial. I have seen the credit union grow and remain the same in some of their practices. It was great to have work with someone who understands and seen firsthand the challenges, successes and outcomes to achieve financial freedom when dealing with systemic obstacles. I would like to extend a hearty thank you and excellent customer service shout out to Adele Stallworth. I am fortunate to have asked and received stellar support from Adele, who represents the diversity of the members of the credit union. Over the last couple of years, Adele has both supported and helped me navigate the many hoops I had to jump through. They do not show u up to date account on line. Only shows up to last month. How r u supposed to know your exact balance or posted or not transactions?
