Finally a proper, personalized, respectful bank. Great people to work with. I drive all the way down from Hercules to work with this bank because I’m tired of holding on the phone, talking to computers when I need help with Large banks. Fremont is a refreshing change. Gregory saved my day!!! I was being so patient and getting no results??? He handled my problem and left the door open for follow through! Promote him pls This is still my favorite bank! The bank manager called me this morning with a reasonable explanation, I was very appreciative! I was intially patient because I had faith. Mistakes happen, and this bank has had my back in the past and I have theirs! I appreciate a neighborhood bank that has me feeling like I live in a small town! Blessings
