      Manager very rude , not very customer friendly doesn't seem to care . In a completely empty parking lot she seemed to be more concerned with the parking situation. Disaapointing

      I rarely need to visit the bank. But twice in the past few months I needed to and both times after a long drive from Silicon Valley. Both times I asked to use the restroom and both times I was told no! I spoke with manger both times and the answer was a firm no- you can use Starbucks. I've been a Fremont Bank customer for 30 years now it's time to leave them. Beyond disappointed.
