      I’ve been a Fremont Bank customer for many years. The staff at this location always make sure my needs are met. Recently they helped me set up mobil banking and showed me how easy it was to use. How cool is that!

      I use the branch on Decoto and Fremont Blvd. The staff handles my banking needs with ease. They also care about my safety and well being, especially evident during COVID. I have seen some customer being extremely rude to the staff yet they remain calm and respectful. While I have not needed the specific help of management I have been greeted by the branch manager on several occasions and she’s always been very pleasant. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

      Have no idea what they're talking about when it comes to the PPP loan. Gave me clear requirements, then when I met them they gave me more requirements. Never ending hoops to jump through
