  I highly recommend Garrick and Lucy. They were the one lender that could promise to meet the seller's need for a 21 day close. They not only lived up to that promise, they made the process exceptionally smooth despite the rush. Good people!

  As a real estate agent, I've been working with Garrick for a while now and so when my wife and I decided to refi/eliminate our HELOC on our house, we thought Garrick and Fresh Home Loan would be the perfect choice. It's a given that Garrick knows how to make people feel comfortable and relaxed, but what I really like is that he listens to your situation and then helps you craft a solution. He's direct and helps you understand what the numbers really are, not all the teaser rates you'll see on the internet. Also, he's not trying to sell you whatever happens to be best for him, which is very refreshing. Bonus is that his assistant, Lucy, is both professional and efficient/pleasant to work with as well. Once you begin the process, there's a platform used to enter all of your data/docs that helps ensure that everything is done and moving along. The other thing to remember is that something always goes off-kilter with mortgages and real estate. How does your professional deal with it? My experience with Garrick and Lucy is that they work hard and fix problems, not just tell you what's wrong and let you struggle and stress about it. Real estate/mortgage stuff is hard enough, so work with a professional and friendly team that gets the job done. Choose Fresh Home Loan.

  We had the pleasure of working with Garrick to fund our recent house purchase. We've been through a few house purchases and refinances in the past, and this was definitely the smoothest and easiest transaction yet. Garrick was professional, available, and answered all our questions confidently and patiently. He was able to secure a mortgage for us with a rate lower than we expected and we will absolutely work with him again in the future if we ever need to.
