  My experience at Fresh Loan Financial was very positive. I really didn’t know what to expect because I’m in debt after losing my job , it’s a very unsure situation and I was struggling financially. Paying all the interest and minimum amount due on my credit cards left me with insufficient funds every month and I still had regular bills that were also behind. I felt devastated that it wasn’t letting up and it was depressing. Well, I got some mail which I thought was junk mail and decided to open it anyway, I called the number and was able to speak to Jason Mercado who was very professional and reassuring. He thoroughly took all the information about my debt situation and I felt as though he was very concerned about how overwhelmed I was about it. He didn’t make me feel bad about it. He was very pleasant and encouraging, I began to feel like there’s help out there for me. After the information intake Jason gave me a plan to address the debt situation I was in. This plan lowered the high interest on my credits (which the credit card company would not do) and saved me thousands of dollars while giving me a fixed lower payment that I can afford every month and still have money left in the bank. I feel like a heavy burden has been lifted off my shoulders and I can live without that crippling credit card interest . I thank God that I opened the mail and got in contact with Jason Mercado at Fresh Loan Financial because I feel hopeful and the solution is attainable.
