      1 star because cant give a 0. 2nd time this happened. On vacation now. Went to check in hotel card was denied. More then enough funds in account for whole trip. Cant contact anyone after Friday 5pm till Monday. So stuck here like a homeless person. Closing out account Monday if I can make it home.

      I'm only having issues with this location. The one in Washington is very professional. I went in to this branch and immediately having trouble! The older dirty blonde women with glasses sat there and had her own personal conversation with the other teller, and had all my info but still managed to deposit my money into someone else's account. She had the other younger teller fix it for her. I go in today to change my address and was assured it would be easy. I go in and the women whom has been lacking all common sense in doing her job the proper way, looks at me like she has no recollection of ever speaking with me. This is the worst branch location I have ever experienced
