      The tellers at the Navarre branch are completely rude. They don't answer the phone, nor do they call you back. I went in, and the teller began berating me telling me that I was too lazy to come in instead of trying to call. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran with a Spinal Cord Injury. Yeah, I'm too lazy. The Dealer got me financed through FFCU with a 7% interest rate with an excellent credit rating and then they offered 2.9% a month later. FFCU are not my friends, or my family, and I'm out as soon as I can get a payoff of my vehicle. I have already gotten an approved rate with another bank. They have to call me back first, or I will have to load my wheelchair up and have someone drive me down to one of their banks.
