  I would not recommend them. They have so many “convenience fees” and do not seem customer oriented. When so many places are trying to help and protect customers, this one is charging fees, making it difficult to switch to online, paperless delivery of statements. We have supposedly completed the switch for myself and my son on several occasions only to find out that, nope, something went wrong and we get charged for a paper statement again. I am only a member because of a merger between my former smaller credit union and this one. It was not seamless as they claimed; it has been more trouble and the customer service people answering the phones are not much help.
