  Also owners of the previously closed Pacific Marine Credit Union, I have come back to once again review this outstanding organization as a negative 5 out of 5 stars. Honestly was sitting on a bench across the country, and out of the blue reminiscing about 4 years prior when I had the complete misfortune to not only be forced to open up an account with PMCU but also engage with their wonderful customer service section who proceeding to become frustrated and yell at me in the presence of my drill instructor, and after basic training charging me unreasonable fees to close and switch accounts, and this moment of remembrance drove me to not only review the current state of PMCU which is now permanently closed, to my satisfaction, but also to discover Frontwave is a similarly orchestrated business with business ties, leading me to take the appropriate actions and write this horrendous review in your favor as a customer.

  Just horrible. Ive had for many years but will be closing this out. Service is bad, now that the location is closed by Miramar, i have to make a long drive to get to a bank due to the phone taking 30 mins to an hr to get through. Should have switched years ago.
